Wedding Day Schedule

Ceremony & reception will both be held here. Cocktail hour takes place downstairs at Loyal Legion.

Arrival & Seating | 5:00 PM

Please arrive by 5:00 PM to settle in before the ceremony begins.
We recommend rideshare if possible, or allowing plenty of time to find parking. It’s a bustling part of town, and it’s also Portland’s Fleet Week, so things may be extra lively!

Ceremony | 5:15–6:00 PM

A sacred, unplugged celebration with shared blessings, sound, reflection, and connection.

We ask that all phones be fully powered off during the ceremony: no screens, no distractions.
We’ve hired a wonderful photographer and will happily share photos afterward.

This part of the evening will be led by the radiant Stephanie Starnes (sound bath) and the one-and-only Reverend Banjo Amberg (officiant).

Cocktail Hour | 6:00–7:00 PM

Head downstairs to Loyal Legion for drinks, snacks, and mingling. Connect with old friends, meet new ones, and let the celebration begin.

Dinner & Toasts | 7:15–8:15 PM

We’ll return upstairs for a delicious family-style dinner prepared by the amazing Jeremy Larter of Field Day and Old Pal.
Toasts and shared stories to follow, heartfelt and hilarious, just like we like it.

Dancing & Revelry | 8:30–11:00 PM

The room transforms and the dance floor opens.
Get ready to move with beats from DJ Aquamarine (Sonja Corzano).
